yea den ill slp early at 11 today =) coz according to kennedys theory... our brain functions on a 1.5 hr cycle and every 1.5 hrs, u are in ur 'light slppin' mode.. so dat u'll wake up easier and feel more energized hahahah. so ya slp at 11.. wake up at 630. 7.5 hrs of slp =) juz nice ~ hahahah
